Global Sai Global brings an innovative collection to their cutlery with the Sai collection - individually hand-hammered knives with the unique design and incredible sharpness Global knives are known for. Each knife combines 3 layers of steel: a CROMOVA 18 Sanso stainless-steel core for strength and two outer layers of 18/8 steel for resistance to rust. The blades are ice-hardened and tempered to increase hardness, resistance to corrosion, and edge retention.
