KNIFE SKILLS

Hone your knife skills with our own Gianni Savoca. Focusing on the Chef's knife, you'll learn how to properly hold a knife to reduce hand fatigue as well as proper techniques to chop, mince, julienne, and more. In addition, the demonstration will cover how to properly maintain your knives using a honing steel and sharpening stone. Lastly, our expert sales associates
can guide you in selecting the best knife for you.

Pot Less Process

Leave those pots & pans in storage all summer, it's way too
hot! Join our processing Diva, Joyce from Cuisinart, as she shows us how to make a mouth watering & satisfying cold Tomato & Avocado Soup.

Also, she will make a refreshing Mango, Pineapple, and Mint Salsa. All of this done in the Cuisinart "Elite Food Processor". Joyce will answer all your processing questions as well as show you special features.
