Basic Pasta Making

Join us as our own Gianni Savoca demonstrates his expert pasta making techniques. Gianni will demonstrate the basics of making pasta from simple fresh ingredients in the Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Then he will complete by rolling and cutting the dough with the Imperial Pasta Maker. Gianni never fails to impress us with his rich and delicious recipes. Yes, there will be samples! Don't miss it!

KNIFE SKILLS

Hone your knife skills with our own Gianni Savoca. Focusing on the Chef's knife, you'll learn how to properly hold a knife to reduce hand fatigue as well proper techniques to chop, mince, julienne and more. In addition, the demonstration will cover how to properly maintain your knives using a honing steel and sharpening stone. Lastly, our expert sales associates can guide you in selecting the best knife for you.
