The ultra-hard non-stick surface is embedded with a double coating of diamond crystals applied to the 10mm pan body. It is extremely resistant to cuts and scratches and offers outstanding heat distribution. The diamond surface allows for excellent browning and fond creation.

Metal utensil and dishwasher safe. Lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects including cracking, warping, blisters, bubbles, or peeling. Oven safe up to 500F.

Ergonomic handles with brass inserts allows for sturdy control.
