The Forschner Fibrox 12" Granton Edge Slicing Knife is perfect for table-side carving. The thin, slightly flexible blade is tapered and designed with small, oval shaped scallops that are hollowed out on both sides. This hefty knife is rigid enough to make straight cuts, yet is still lightweight enough to give full control.

Using only the highest quality, high carbon, no stain cutlery steel, the one-piece knife blades are hot-drop hand forged in Solingen, Germany then ground and hand finished at the Victorinox factory in Ibach, Switzerland. Each piece is finished with the Victorinox signature razor-sharp edge that retains it sharpness and is easily maintained with honing. The handles are designed for comfort and work harmoniously with the full tang blade providing the optimal heft and balance.
