Grating fibrous root vegetables such as horseradish & ginger with conventional graters is not an easy chore. Our Triangle grater has alternating teeth that grip into the root vegetable without clogging. Before grating, lower the perforated stainless steel plate over the grater surface and then rub the root back and forth. When done, lift the perforated stainless steel plate using the convenient lever and slide off the zest. The Triangle grater, which is perfect for horseradish as well as any citrus, is dishwasher safe and measures 3" wide by 10" long, overall. Made in Germany.
