To properly maintain the non-stick finish, hand washing with a mild detergent and soft sponge is recommended. Do not use metal utensils or cut directly in the pan. We suggest using silicone coated or soft nylon tools to remove baked goods. Even though this bakeware is non-stick, using a spray or buttering the pan is suggested for the easiest release.
